03/14/15 (Winter Warmup Scrimmage)

After a series of drills and warm ups, the Gateway players decided to jump straight into things with a 3-inning scrimmage, which ended up being called after two because of time restraints. 2014 GBC Champion Corey Knisley led the AL as the home team, while Kyle Knisley led the NL, with newcomers like Tyler McCan and Chris Bequette.

Things started right for Corey, getting the first two batters to face him. From there, the NL rallied 8, with flashes of power throughout the lineup. Tyler McCann took the mound in the bottom of the first, holding Corey and the AL scoreless through the first. 

The NL failed to score again, and the AL managed to get 4 back in the bottom of the second, but the game was called after two innings, with a final score of 8-4, National League.
