Returns
New and unused products that were delivered wrong on our end or were defective may be returned if notice is given within one week of delivery. Gateway Baseball does not currently offer any warranty on baseball bats.
Custom Orders
The Gateway Bat Company does not accept liability for items that have been ordered incorrectly, nor can we guarantee exact colors or fonts. Any and all depictions of bat styles, colors, and previews of any kind on our site are for ideas only, and are not guaranteed to be exact.
Custom order forms that are submitted and are not tied to a purchase will be saved in our database, but will not be processed until the purchase is complete.
If the processing of an order is not possible due to a discrepancy in a custom order form, our staff will attempt to contact the customer via email. If a reply is not received within thirty (30) days, the payment will be refunded.
Wondering if you can customize a bat with your favorite team’s logo? Although we are obligated to follow all copyright laws and won’t create any orders that may aid in producing non-licensed merchandise, we promise navigating trademarks and copyrights isn’t scary! Even if your order contains protected material, we will work hard to create the perfect bat for you with the appropriate permissions.
Official graphics used on everything from album covers to football jerseys are protected property.
To use images protected by trademark or copyright in a design, we first need permission from the owner or trademark holder. Normally the licensing department of a major sports franchise, a band's management team or even a listed university faculty member can give permission.
We need approval to create any protected content for:
Bands/Musicians
Celebrities
TV/Movies
Colleges
Pro-Sports
Greek
Brand Logos/Names
Disney
If you have written permission to use the image, please submit it to us at [email protected].
If not, we can remove those parts of the design or help you replace them with a non-protected image, or one that we do have the proper permissions to use. Don't worry if we do need to change your order, we're here to help you create something you will love!
