Waiver
Each player is required to have a waiver form on file to participate in games at Arnold Athletic Association. Players will not be able to take the field for games until their waivers are completed. (Only one guardian needs to complete)
Concession Stand Duty
Each player on our team will need a volunteer to cover one concession work shift and provide a $250 deposit check as collateral until the shift is completed. The check will be returned when the shift is completed. If you no-call/no-show your scheduled concession
shift, the check will be cashed. Please ensure the player's last name is written in the memo of the check.
Please communicate your availability as soon as possible. We will not be able to play our first game until all deposit checks
have been turned in, along with concession dates scheduled.
