Participants acknowledge that the risk of injury during the activities involved with this organization is significant, including the potential for permanent disability and death, and while particular rules, and equipment may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist. By participating in any event or activity hosted by Gateway Baseball, LLC or any of it's entities, participants agree that they forfeit the right to hold liable or bring suit against any entity of Gateway Baseball or it's members.
