    Draft Registration

    If you are selected in the Draft, you will be obligated to sign a minimum 1-year contract with the team that selects you. By doing so, you will be expected to maintain good attendance, and to purchase your own home/away uniform set. If you do not want to be in the draft, you will play as a Reserve, not held accountable by any team.
    All players and participants of any activities hosted by any entity of Gateway Baseball, LLC agree and acknowledge that they participate at their own risk. By participating in athletic events, they are not in violation of any of the rules within this document. Activities and events hosted by Gateway Baseball Club are heavily photographed, and participants acknowledge that their photos may be posted publicly by Gateway Baseball or any of its members, partners, or fans. Participants acknowledge that the risk of injury during the activities involved with this organization is significant, including the potential for permanent disability and death, and while particular rules, and equipment may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist. By participating in any event or activity hosted by Gateway Baseball, LLC or any of it's entities, participants agree that they forfeit the right to hold liable or bring suit against any entity of Gateway Baseball or it's members.
